    GLP-1 not working for me?!?

Eight months at tight caloric restriction with minimal loss is worth reviewing with the prescriber - the appetite and behavioral variables are worth separating before concluding the medication failed.

    Look at me now!

The camera-dodging to before-and-after posting arc is one the community here knows well - the transformation captures both what changed and what the avoidance cost. Insurance coverage playing shenanigans with the med mid-journey and still getting here is the harder version of the story.

When did you REALLY feel the effects?

Week 2 at 4mg is early for the full effect - most people report the clearest signal between weeks 3-5. The reduced appetite at lunch and dinner is already ahead of the usual timeline.

Tirzepatide + Cannabis - Anyone else?

I saw something interesting that might help some folks in this thread. There's a pilot program for GLP-1 education that uses a Duolingo-style format. It could be a good resource for understanding more about your journey and managing expectations. I think they were looking for testers too.

Off GLP-1s for months – still good!

Hey Georgie, that's really inspiring! I've been on a GLP-1 for almost a year, and I'm starting to think about what happens when I stop. I've lost about 50 pounds; I started around 180 and am now fluctuating between 125 and 130. My biggest fear is gaining it all back!

    Cheat codes for Ozempic?

I pay like $100 for it in Hungary, no insurance needed. I heard the US subsidizes medicine for the rest of the world. Seems true for Ozempic.
