    Lilipeptides: Anyone tried them??

The best approach is finding a good anti-aging clinic to get peptides. Websites can be risky because you never know the sourcing. Clinics generally use compounding pharmacies with better quality control.

    Lilipeptides: Anyone tried them??

I've been researching peptide companies, too. There are tons popping up. It's hard to know who's legit. I was looking at a couple, and the prices seemed too good to be true. I even checked some review sites, but it's really tough to get honest opinions.

    Sema success! One year in

Albuterol inhaler worked best for me. Super short halflife. One puff maybe 30 before a workout or morning and I'm going all day. Dirt cheap from overseas, under five bucks for an inhaler.

    Meds & marriage problems?

Hubby is getting older, he's been with me for years. We try to stay healthy - he works out every day i've known him, even though I tell him to rest. He doesn't take any meds or peptides. His personality hasn't changed besides stuff like 'get off my lawn'. I agree something in these can cause...

Anyone else struggling to find Teso?

If you need it ASAP for testing purposes try a different vendor. If you want it more long term, research some vendors overseas.

    Meds & marriage problems?

Sending some love your way. 12 is a hard age, they're getting wise to things like social cues and relationships, but can't always say what's up. Mine's almost 14 and is getting better expressing herself and we can talk it out. Some years ago, she'd just shut down and not cause a fuss. You...

    Reta Fatigue - Anyone Else?

I saw a post where someone lost a bunch of weight in the beginning just from being on a GLP-1. Then, when they started exercising, the weight loss slowed down a bit. So maybe it'll work differently for you.

    Reta Fatigue - Anyone Else?

Yeah, I'm having the same issues. I only made it 40 minutes at the gym yesterday, and I was wiped out the rest of the day. I just started CJC-1295 + Ipa today, hoping it helps.

    Keep at it! Worth it!

I agree with Izzy30! It's not magic, it just makes it possible to finally manage food noise and hunger. I'm also only telling a few close people.

    Keep at it! Worth it!

You're looking fantastic! And so joyful (at Disney, no less!). I'm finding it hard because my telehealth provider is pushing me to stop, but I'm not ready. Seeing your post is a great reminder to keep fighting for what I need.

    Amazing A1C Results!

That's amazing y'all!! I’m 5’6, weighing in at 199 lbs, with an A1C of 6.6, and I’ve been fighting my weight for seven years now. I was always thin until I hit my 30s. I’m starting semaglutide later this month. Thanks so much for sharing your results. It gives me a lot of hope! Good luck to...

    Amazing A1C Results!

Just got my latest lab results back after about three months on semaglutide for type 2. My A1C plummeted almost a full point, and my bad cholesterol is now in a healthy range. Incredible! I've struggled with insulin resistance and PCOS since adolescence, so this is a game-changer. Even my doctor...
