I agree with DropPath282, it seems like most people tolerate Reta better than Sema when it comes to GI issues.

That's only partly true. Reta increases heart rate in two ways: 1. The GLP-1/GIP action stimulates the sympathetic nervous system, which releases norepinephrine at the beta 1 receptors in your heart. Beta blockers directly address this. 2. Reta also affects glucagon receptors in your heart...

I was prescribed a beta-blocker after my heart incident, but it gave me some undesirable side effects. My doctor switched me to a different one, and I've been okay since then.

If you don't mind me asking, what are the other health reasons?

1000mg seems to be the sweet spot for me. Plus, it gives me a nice little energy boost and a feeling of calm. It's great stuff.

I have noticed that I don't enjoy eating the same things I used to. Like, I used to CRAVE cheeseburgers, but now I could care less. Protein and veggies are enough for me.

It's wild how you can already see some definition in your stomach. And your arms/wrists look noticeably smaller. This is amazing, keep going!
