Just injected my first 2.5mg dose of tirz. I'm planning to stick to the standard 2.5, then 5, then 7.5, each for a month. When does this stuff really kick in and start working? What's the lowest you can go to get results? Also, feeling a bit queasy. How long does the nausea last?

I'm starting a new GLP-1 journey and hoping to get healthier to start sports. My psych said it might help with my cravings at night. Fingers crossed!

I'd go with reta first, then tirz for maintenance. I'm 7 months into tirz at 7mg, and switching to reta soon. Losing 6-8lb a month. Switching to reta will probably be a pain though.

I think Semaglutide first, since it's the least expensive and has the most side effects (which, for some people, helps it be more effective). Then Tirzepatide, and Reta if needed. That way, you have more options if one stops working.
