    GLP-1 progress reports!

Nine months in, and feeling pretty good. Won't get another A1C until December, but I'm hopeful. The nausea's been a real drag lately, made me cut back a bit. My doc might take me off if my numbers are way down. Mixed feelings, but I guess I can always go back on it if needed.

That Vendor Xingbei - Anyone Heard Of Them?

There really are some pretty solid choices here, until they aren't... But you can at least read about others' experiences, good and bad. You just need to look a bit. It's not even hard to find the info, but the more you dig, the better the info you get. Stay safe. There's safety in numbers. As...

Anyone else struggling to find Teso?

I'm also looking into peptides, but I'm a bit overwhelmed by all the options. Anybody have a good source for learning about these things?

Anyone else struggling to find Teso?

Hey, how is Teso anyway? Never tried it myself, but I've been curious for a while.

Down 179 lbs in 100 weeks!

Fat_No_More_50 That is awesome! I have always had big calves and have to shop specifically for wide-calf boots. This gives me hope that maybe I'll be able to wear normal boots one day!

GLP-1 progress - scale moving but me?

Congrats on staying consistent. I'm stuck at 214 too, haven't budged in about 2 months. Frustrating when the needle won't move.

    Hit 'normal' BMI...but is it?

Cool. I've stalled about 8 lbs above the 'normal' BMI range, but I think I won't be where I want to be until I lose more than that, maybe another 15 lbs. But the 'Normal' BMI is still a win. So is being able to wear some of my old shirts again.

    Hit 'normal' BMI...but is it?

Congrats! Sounds like a lot of work. I started similar meds last summer. I've dropped about 45 lbs but still have maybe 10 more before I'm 'normal'. I think I kinda bought into the mindset, but I am feeling more normal. I never realized that I was always thinking about food. Other people didn't...

Cagri from Amo - anyone else trying it?

Everyone's progress looks different whether it's five or thirty-five pounds. Shouldn't discourage anyone on their path to better health. Grateful for the support here.

    Reta test = ZERO?!

Anyone know the vial size in milligrams, and what color is the cap? A link to the lab report would be awesome too!

Sema is cheating? Tell me more...

Started June 2023 at 238 lbs on Wegovy, 5'6. Switched to Zepbound at 165 in July 2024. Down to 153 total - 85 pounds off. Insurance changed October 1st, might get cut. Turning 58 next month. Goal maybe 140, but honestly fine staying here.

    Lipo-C shots...worth the hype?

Personally, I just pop a b12 to help fight the tiredness from tirz. Not convinced lipo-c does much for losing weight. Sometimes I take it tho cause it's easier to find than just b12 lol.

    Peptides for stubborn belly fat?

Some quick findings: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/NBK343640/ https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/20023024/ To find potential downsides of Tesa, try searching for "side effects", "safety profile", or "complications".
