hit a plateau? you're probably not counting right. weight loss is literally calories in vs out. recalc your bmr, fix your diet & be strict counting. if nothing works, get bloodwork & check your thyroid.

I use an edible to help me sleep because I struggle with insomnia. I'd probably be ten pounds lighter if I didn't need it. It fights against the GLP and makes me snack. Seriously!

I aim for around 1200-1300 calories, but some days I can't even reach that. It's only my 6th shot, so I haven't been on it long.

I've heard adding THCV can minimize the munchies, or stop them altogether!

I try to stay under 2000 calories daily. My main focus is getting at least 1.2g of protein per kg of ideal body weight. If I hit my protein target, I'm not too worried about the exact calorie count. Protein is super important on these meds.
