Best way to keep Reta good?

Keeping unmixed reta refrigerated extends the window reliably - 60-90 days at 2-4C is what most people find workable, and introducing cagri once the reta dose is stable makes the stack easier to dial in.

Fine to stay on a low dose?

The 12-hour nothing is normal - 1mg is a real therapeutic starting point and the effect builds over the next 3-5 days as the drug concentrates. Staying at a dose where appetite suppression holds without side effects is sound protocol.

Future peps... what's on the horizon?

r/glp1stairway had a short, rocky time on Reddit before it got taken down. Kinda expected with those rules.

    Done with STEP-UP trial!

You can go lower! I halved the lowest dose. Only on 0.5 after three months. No rule says follow the protocol. I started on 0.125, then 0.25, then 0.5 and stayed til side effects quit. I'm a baby about this but it works.

    Oops! Reta dosage mix-up

i use labeled caps on my vials cause it helps me keep track what's in what. don't get why that's a problem if it works for me. i wipe the tops before every use anyway.

    Super scared newb here lol

Hey everyone! Just a quick reminder of the rules. Let's keep the discussion focused on FDA-approved medications and avoid any talk of buying or selling anything, including via DMs. Be careful out there!

    GLP-1s: real talk, real life

Excellent overview. I want to echo the caution on combining incretin therapies. From a pharmacology standpoint, stacking similar mechanisms can increase adverse effects without proportionally increasing benefit. If one agent is not working at an appropriate dose, a structured switch is...

    Down 80 lbs! Feeling fab!

I cannot stress enough how many clothes I have donated along the way. I bought so much stuff that was too small as motivation. I fit into one time, then they were too big! Don't buy too many clothes during your journey! Thrift stores are your friend!

    Wellbutrin + Naltrexone Experiences?

For me, tirz is a game changer. I've gone from binge eating every night to not even THINKING about food after dinner. It's amazing! And I sleep better too, which is a huge bonus. I've heard some people use peptides for even better sleep, but I'm a little scared to try those out.

    Down 80 lbs! Feeling fab!

That's a fantastic result! I started in January of last year and have only lost about 25 pounds by November. It's definitely a marathon, not a sprint.

    Wellbutrin + Naltrexone Experiences?

I know what you mean. I bet I have some undiagnosed ADHD. And yeah I take Contrave regularly, at the moment just one pill in the morning. It does something different by acting on the MC pathway, which affects hunger and feeling full. I am not sure it will cause significant weight loss by...
