    Don't suck BAC in fast—peptides are volatile. Hold the plunger so it doesn't move, then let it drip down the side slow. I pull the plunger out first, needle in vial to equalize pressure, plunger back, fill slowly down the side.

    They're not entirely wrong, but it's hard to really see what's happening because of the label's shadow. Can you snap another pic with better lighting, focusing on the powder?

    I agree. I've also heard stories of Ozempic helping with alcohol use. It helped me quit drinking when my husband got sober. It might change addiction treatment.

    I'm not a slow loser initially (lost about 60 lbs in 7 months), but my weight loss has slowed to about 600g a week which is similar to your pace. I still have 15kg to go. At 500-600g a week, we'll reach our goals by the end of the year! I'm trying to focus on how much better I feel with each kg...

    Congrats! I'm hitting 11 years this month. This anti-addiction thing is real. I've seen stories from heroin and gambling addicts saying GLP-1's helped them break free.

    We usually inject around 10 AM on Fridays. My HR is normally around 72, but it's been around 76 on Reta. Sleeping, it averages about 63 BPM, based on the new mattress we got. Had no clue the mattress tracked that.

    Don't give up just yet! I know the nausea and fatigue can be brutal, but it often gets better after the first month or so. Maybe talk to your doc about ways to manage the side effects? Some people find that smaller, more frequent meals help.
