When did you *feel* the Tirz?

Second dose is still loading - most people feel the Tirz effect at shot 3-4 rather than the first two.

    7 week journey checkin!

Adding a personal trainer and lifting at 6 months is the right timing - once the initial momentum is established, the muscle component changes what maintenance looks like. Tapering from 5 to 4 is the right direction when nearing goal: find the lowest dose that holds satiety without...

    Can't get .5 on the 1mg pen?

European availability for GLP-1 pens has been patchy - the standard Ozempic pen requires the pharma channel, which varies by country. For hardware alternatives, some people use a standard insulin pen body with separately sourced cartridges. France and Germany tend to have better stock.

    Vanishing act: bac water woes?

started iron supplements, polysaccharide 3x weekly with c. had infusions too. hematologist said lots of people, especially wls and elderly, don't make enough stomach acid for ferrous sulfate. body absorbs better every other day anyway.

GG Peps - Anyone Heard Of Them?

I think that's someone associated with GYC. Try searching for GYC; you should find something. She posted about the website launch here somewhere.

    Starting my GLP-1 journey! 🥳

Diluting Klow in 10ml with 1.8ml lido/epi and 8.2ml BAC water, using a longer 12.7mm needle. Still get a reaction but way less. Red welt takes days to fade. Outer thigh works best for me. Thinking of buying GHK-cu and KPV separate next cycle.

    Can't get .5 on the 1mg pen?

used 29g and 27g needles tons of times even after drawing through rubber stoppers for subq — no issues, barely any discomfort. but I'm bulletproof. your mileage may vary.

Halfway to goal weight on Mounjaro!

when I joined I only felt comfortable injecting tirzepatide because it was FDA approved as Zepbound and Mounjaro. comfort level's expanded. recently changed views on some drugs approved in Russia because they have clinical studies backing them.

    Reta replacement blues!

don't keep vendor bac reconned for weeks — hospira's tested to 90 days, other bacs fail sterility tests. tirz freezes fine but why risk it? buy kit sizes you'll use and toss the rest, it's cheap.

Weight Loss Was Just the Beginning

I can relate to this a lot! My self-esteem has gone up significantly, and I think that's made me more engaging and fun to be around. It's been a wonderful change, and my relationship has definitely benefited as a result.

    Reta on a plane?

Hubby and I flew yesterday. I had my gel travel pack from that big online retailer with 3 full pens (2 tirz unlabeled and 1 KLOW unlabeled), random needles, a filled pen vial of NAD+ (I alternate with my KLOW as needed). In our checked bags, we had a small case of alcohol wipes, pen needles...

Weight Loss Was Just the Beginning

Precisely. The mental connection to food changes. I’ve heard a similar thing from people on other GLP-1 medications too.

Ever get a shady batch of pep?

Yep. The test results came out the very next day, actually. The vendor did a full recall and replaced everything, thankfully.

    Mounjaro success on my 29th!

I'm forcing myself to eat, so I'm not eating very regularly, but I'm trying to make healthier choices when I do. I haven't started exercising yet, but I plan to. My back is kinda messed up, which makes walking long distances tough. Hopefully, that will get sorted soon. I will try to drink more...

Weight Loss Was Just the Beginning

For so long, I thought I just needed to be stricter. More disciplined. A better planner. If I could just follow the rules, I'd be fine. So I made meticulous plans. Calories, nutrient ratios, “approved” foods and “forbidden” foods. I would start each day already battling myself about what I...
