    Tirz Stacking - Whatcha Using?

NAD+ with Tirz for energy drain is the most commonly reported add-on. Semax for cognitive fatigue and BPC-157 for joint support are the other plateau additions.

    Reta dose increase = bonk?

6mg sits between the standard 5 and 7.5, which seems totally reasonable to me. People are running well above 15mg with minimal issues and there's trial data on higher doses (numbers under wraps). Before I weigh in: what was your starting weight, height, and age?

    Nausea on GLP-1s: what helps

That sounds stressful and I'd be worried too. If there's any chance you took more than you meant to, call your doc or urgent care. Nausea, dizziness, vomiting can happen with higher doses. Stay hydrated, eat light but definitely get professional guidance if it gets worse.

    Compounding pharmacies shutting down?

Every time I've lost serious weight I've had to cut people out. Don't get it—my bestie went 125 to 250 to 125 and I loved her everywhere, hyped shopping trips even when I couldn't fit anything. But this 'friend' swears nothing works and is convinced it won't help anyone else either.

Pills vs. Shots: My Semaglutide Switch

I've heard from a friend, who is also using Rybelsus due to a needle phobia, that the initial fatigue and nausea can be rough but it does get better after a few months on the full dose. She said around the 3 month mark the food noise just vanished. Gives me hope!

    Energy drink fiends on Ozempic?

To be able to afford my prescription, I had to give up energy drinks. Now that I think about it, it wasn’t that difficult. This medication does seem to help with addictions, I guess.

    Sema side effect: gray hair?

Not directly related to sema, but a really bad vitamin D deficiency made my hair go gray temporarily when I was younger. Might be worth checking your levels.

Pills vs. Shots: My Semaglutide Switch

So, what injection dose were you on before switching to the pills, and what's your pill dose? Also, how much total weight have you lost using both? I'm okay with the injections, but I might have to switch to the pills later this year because my insurance might stop covering weight loss meds...

Stomach skin woes after Ozempic :(

Look into micro needling. It won't solve everything but it may make it better a bit.

    Anyone else a slow loser?

I've actually gained a couple pounds on it… maybe 3 pounds during the first month. I emailed the 'doctor' and, of course, they told me to keep going since I'm supposedly experiencing fewer cravings and less food 'noise'. But it's too expensive for me to 'wait and see' for several more months.

    Anyone else a slow loser?

I'm at 0.5mg with absolutely no weight change, plus stomach issues. And I'm still hungry all the time. It's really frustrating and disheartening.

    Overfilled Vials - Big Deal?

Also keep in mind that even if a supplier is legit, it's still "research chemical" grade. That's why they say "For Research Only." Not saying it's unsafe, but it's not the same as pharmaceutical grade.

    Overfilled Vials - Big Deal?

Ideally, the fill would be accurate, yeah. But most places act like the extra is a freebie. Just look at the certificate of analysis (COA) and adjust your dose.

    GLP-1 Maintenance: Two Years In!

Congrats! I haven't noticed people treating me differently (down about 100lbs since last fall, now in the "healthy" weight range), but my husband is surprised – I weigh less than he's ever seen me weigh. He was shocked at a surgical consult when they asked my weight, and he realized I weighed...
