2.5mg do you have to up dose?

First week done at the starting strength, day five here, and food noise has already vanished completely. Hunger shows up maybe once daily at most, and portions have shrunk considerably whenever eating happens. Food choices feel driven by logic now rather than uncontrollable craving. Heard the typical protocol is doubling this amount after the first month, treating this stretch purely as a tolerance check, but curious whether anyone's landed on a response this strong right out the gate and had it genuinely stick around. Would honestly prefer staying at whatever the smallest workable amount is, feels like appetite would basically vanish entirely if it dropped any lower.

Was wondering that exact thing myself. Seen comments from people bumping up significantly with zero side effects reported. Planning to move up slightly myself and see how it goes.

Started at 2.5mg a month back, moved up to 5mg as of yesterday. The food noise and my hunger both shifted hard the first couple weeks, but I seemed to adjust by the two weeks after that. Feeling the good effects kick back in now on the 5mg.

Genuinely uncommon to feel much at the lowest dose. Don't get discouraged, it just means an average response rather than a strong one, but there's still solid odds of responding well once reaching the clinically effective level.

What counts as reaching the full dose here? Been on this roughly half a year now, still sitting at a smaller volume, with the next step up doubling that amount if increasing gets chosen.

Dealing with this exact thing right now. Took 2.5 for well over twelve months, lost 30 pounds, but the noise started creeping back in. Just moved to 5mg two weeks ago and haven't felt much shift yet. Get full sometimes, but food's still on my mind a lot. Going to give it a full month before deciding anything.

Eighth week in now (ninth shot lands Sunday), continuing another four weeks at 0.5. Food noise hasn't shifted much though. If it does ramp up noticeably over the next month, I'll move to 1.0 after that. Feels like if extra hunger just means slower progress or a plateau, that's not something to stress over immediately. But once it starts pointing toward genuine regain, bumping the dose clearly becomes the bigger priority.
