2.5mg still working after months?

titrating-here Still waiting on my breakthrough. 3 months in on Mounjaro and not much loss. 2 months at 2.5, now 5mg. About 6kg gone in total, mostly during week one or two, and since then the scale just sits there.

Doc told me a dose of 2.5 mg that works can simply stay. I quit because of money and because of my lifestyle (a new motorcycle, and i worried about taking mounjaro while riding). Looking back, stopping was an error.

For me 2.5mg was GREAT. Some pounds dropped, but weight wasn't my reason. Four days after starting MOUNJARO my morning glucose went from steady 200+ to steady 120. In hindsight I'd have stayed at 2.5mg beyond four weeks, yet my doc called it a starter dose and moved me to 5.0mg. Two-plus years at 5.0mg now, never increased.
