2.5mg genuinely did nothing for me. Zero appetite suppression, zero side effects. Been on 5mg for two months now, and honestly it fluctuates week by week. Some stretches it works incredibly well and food barely crosses my mind, resisting it feels effortless. Other weeks I can blow through my eating plan across multiple meals without much sense of fullness at all.
That said, results have shown up more often than not lately across the last three weeks. Stick with it consistently. You might look back one day and realize it's done more for you than you'd noticed at the time.
For me, the most obvious change from Mounjaro is that snacking basically stopped. I'm not constantly thinking about eating something. Nothing crosses my lips once dinner wraps up, whereas before I'd snack constantly at midnight and beyond.
One thing it hasn't touched for me is sweets. Put dessert in front of me and I still want it just as much. Doesn't kill that craving the way some people describe. Still reach for something sweet pretty regularly.
