Don't give up! It can be slow. I try to focus on other things like getting more active and eating better, even if the scale isn't moving as fast as I want. My doctor reminded me that even a 5-10% weight loss has major health benefits.
 
It's amazing how much difference 30lbs makes. I started at 190, now I'm 160. Still have a ways to go but sema is helping me get there. Can't imagine doing this without it.
 
Weight loss at any age is a win, but it's particularly impressive to hear about people starting weight training in their 70s! It's never too late to improve your health. Sema just gives you the metabolic nudge you need.
