I'm down 45 pounds and almost at my target weight! Thought with PCOS this would never happen, so awesome!
 
Would you mind sharing your starting weight? I'm starting to wonder where I should stop. I started around 245 and I'm at 190 now, but I'm thinking I'd like to get around 140 or so? That feels like a long way away. I feel like I look like your 'before' pic right now!
 
You look great in both pics!!! And CONGRATS!!!! I've lost around 45lbs since late summer so I know how hard it is. But I still need to lose another 45 lbs to hit my goal so this is awesome inspiration! :)
 
Thanks, everyone! To answer some questions: Starting weight was 230. I titrate up every month (my doc is managing the prescription). I try to do a 30 min walk most days.
 
Hey Robin14, I saw this thread where a person lost a TON of weight. Maybe it'll give you some inspo!

Someone asked her "Wow, how do you feel? Have you made an adjustment? Ive heard mentally realizing we've lost weight is a slower process than losing even. You look like a different person!" Thought that was a great question.
 
That's wonderful, Robin! I'm curious, have you had to adjust your wardrobe as you've lost weight? It's a non-scale victory, but an expensive one!
