Would you mind sharing your starting weight? I'm starting to wonder where I should stop. I started around 245 and I'm at 190 now, but I'm thinking I'd like to get around 140 or so? That feels like a long way away. I feel like I look like your 'before' pic right now!
You look great in both pics!!! And CONGRATS!!!! I've lost around 45lbs since late summer so I know how hard it is. But I still need to lose another 45 lbs to hit my goal so this is awesome inspiration!
That's a tricky question. Some people have a number in mind, but others go by body fat percentage or just how they feel. Make sure to check in with your doctor!
Thanks, everyone! To answer some questions: Starting weight was 230. I titrate up every month (my doc is managing the prescription). I try to do a 30 min walk most days.

Someone asked her "Wow, how do you feel? Have you made an adjustment? Ive heard mentally realizing we've lost weight is a slower process than losing even. You look like a different person!" Thought that was a great question.
