Started semaglutide right after weaning off breastfeeding around seven months postpartum. 5'6", weighed 205 at the start, and half a year later there's about 30lbs gone. Would love another fifteen off, though there's a chest surgery lined up soon that should handle part of that anyway.
Yoga happens almost daily, protein intake stays reasonably solid, and the kid gets pushed along a three-mile route in the stroller four or five times a week, unless the Texas heat says otherwise.
Weight aside, the drop in food noise has honestly been the bigger win, done wonders for mental health during this postpartum stretch especially. The early queasiness felt a lot like early pregnancy nausea, occasionally worse even, but it's completely faded by now.
