8 weeks on GLP-1 - anyone notice?

Didn't notice much since I only tried it for a couple weeks. Thought maybe the tirz was underdosed. Might have picked up 2 pounds, if that.

Was on 1 mg of semaglutide years not dropping but holding. Started tirzepatide lowest 4 weeks back thought I needed bumping to 5. Actually gained on both. Need guidance on what dose and stack might work? Got 25-30 to go any thoughts?

I try to cap it at 3 pins on my busiest days. My main med, maybe a small-dose secondary, and either one thing or another. If I'm doing more than 3, I gotta ask myself: is this hobby or health? What else could I be doing with my time?

Eight weeks in and stepping to 7.5mg is the dose range where the suppression effect typically solidifies - most people notice the visual change before the scale catches up around this mark. The 5mg to 7.5mg step usually brings a noticeable shift in appetite floor.

Lost about 11 lbs in 25 days on this med but almost all of it dropped week 1 and 2. Now I'm stuck in a range. Taking my 5th shot, going up to 5 mg. I keep reading about people hating the 5 mg dose, so I'm worried. Did anyone restart losing once they got there? Or slower from here on?

totally get the confusion when no side effects at the new dose makes it feel like nothing is happening. the absence of diarrhea isn't a signal the medication stopped working, it's a signal the body has adjusted. appetite and scale are the actual markers to track at 7.5, not the side effects. what's the hunger pattern like compared to where you were at 5mg?

definitely not just you, ya know? the frequency and intensity changes at the new dose are well documented and come up pretty consistently at the 7.5mg transition. the body takes a few weeks to settle at each level. gonna get easier once the adjustment period passes.
