A year of weight loss shots!

One year in and the little victories just keep happening. Clothes falling off without trying, that feeling of actual space in the tub. When you do the math in terms of how many water bottles worth of weight that is, it blows your mind.
 
man that sounds rough. glad to hear from someone who's been through it. my doctor had me start using protein powder pretty early on to help keep muscle around. been mixing a little fiber powder in there too and it actually helps with everything
 
A full year is pretty wild. My provider shifted the conversation around month 12 to focus on keeping the loss steady instead of chasing more.
 
slower loss helps with the loose skin thing. everyone's skin bounces back different though. lost about 30 pounds since november and yeah, some looseness happened, not sure how much the peptide itself caused. what really would've helped is hitting the gym while losing—muscle fills things out. you're young, skin's still elastic on your side.
