A year on GLP-1s!

studies say minimal difference overall like under five percent. belly absorbs fastest which can mean more side effects but slightly more effective. rotate spots to avoid scar tissue buildup. i rotate zones on my abdomen each shot.
 
small bruise and sore after injection, bends wrong and i feel it. got it thru my provider and she said bruising is weird for such a tiny needle, try a different spot. just looking for reassurance it's okay.
