A year on Mounjaro!

Could be past the donut hole this year. January resets. Highly recommend 90 day refills if available technically 84 and with overlap you get five fills yearly.

It gets better. Eat some prunes or whatever works for constipation—that's the easy natural way for me. Getting your bowels moving helps a ton. Everything else regulates. Sucks for like 2 months but you hit a new normal. Heartburn mostly goes, and you can eat without feeling sick. First couple weeks are the hardest. And don't rush the dose bumps.

A year and 91 pounds is something worth stopping to appreciate. The Wegovy to Mounjaro switch is common when sema starts to plateau - a lot of people find the dual mechanism gives a second wind. How are you handling maintenance now that you're close to goal? I'm curious whether you're planning to hold the dose or see if you can step down while keeping the results stable. Either way, the trajectory you've built over twelve months speaks for itself.
