Adding a splash of reta to tirz?

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Both, honestly. Currently cutting while trying to hang onto as much muscle as I can. Running 8mg weekly of Reta, plus 5mg every other week of Tirz, works out to 10mg weekly on that one.

Reta's great, melts fat like nothing, but the hunger suppression barely registers for me personally. Tirz is the one that actually lets me get by eating just potatoes, chicken, some veggies, and the occasional bar or shake without a fight.

That combo's gotten me 3 pounds down weekly. Could probably push faster, and some nights I have to make myself choke down an extra bar plus a shake before bed just to keep from dropping too fast. Still, priority's staying on holding onto muscle.

Honestly this needs more context before a real answer's possible, starting point, current number, time spent on this medication, current pace, plus age, height, overall health picture.
Given significant obesity and already sitting at a fairly high weekly amount with zero side effects so far, the simplest move with the least friction is pushing that same medication further, since it's unlikely to introduce anything new.
Bringing in a second or third compound is possible too, but the case against doing that before maxing the first one out comes down to the chance of introducing fresh reactions. One particular option might not suit someone with existing cardiac concerns, since it tends to push resting heart rate up further.
Really hinges on what's actually happening right now, has progress stalled entirely at the current level? Does hunger or mental food chatter make staying under target calories genuinely tough? If the current pace holds steady and reasonable, going any higher may not even be warranted, dropping weight too quickly brings its own problems, though eventually reaching a workable plateau will probably call for a bigger amount regardless, and that's when layering in additional compounds starts making real sense if there's still excess weight to shed.
