first week loss was five pounds but nearly all water weight from the dose stopping overeating. had been eating too much high carb salty food so retained water. that's what fell off fast.

I saw someone else mention that they lost around 30 pounds in about 4 months! I have been on this for 6 months and I have lost a lot but not that much! I am going to talk to my doctor.

I'm on the highest dose now, but it took a while to get here. Don't get discouraged if it takes some time to find the right level for you!

I weigh almost every day. Since weight shifts with food and water, doing it once a week doesn't feel right to me.

I took ozempic for six months and barely moved the needle on weight. Went to the highest dose even. Lipedema might be why. Starting mounjaro now hoping for different results.
