Almost at my goal weight!

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Awesome! I'm aiming for 165 myself, but need to reach 154 for a healthy BMI. Hitting 154 would also mean I've lost a cool 100 lbs. Nearly there!

Thanks everyone! It's been a long journey, but so worth it. Just a few more pounds to go to hit that magical 100lb mark. I know I can get there. Never give up, even when the scale seems stuck! I almost binned my scale a few times haha!

This gives me hope! I'm only down about 10 pounds but seeing your progress is a great motivator.

Hey Salad_xo, quick question. You look amazing, and I'm curious if you noticed any changes in your hair? Like hair loss or anything? A friend is worried about that.

I did experience some shedding initially, but it seems to have stabilized now. I made sure to increase my protein intake, and I take a multivitamin daily. It seemed to help!

Similar starting weight here, currently at 160 or so. The loose skin question depends a lot on how long you've maintained weight at various levels, not just the end weight. Strength training makes a real difference in how it settles over time.

The age question in skin tightening outcomes is the right variable to ask about - the elasticity difference between someone in their early 30s and someone in their 50s at the same weight loss magnitude is significant. Tight skin at significant loss usually correlates with age 35 or under.

Absolutely. Not overly fixated on hitting a technically normal BMI, but it's genuinely close enough to feel within reach.

Honestly though, another 25 pounds gone would be amazing. No idea if that actually happens, and there's zero intention of going to extremes chasing purely cosmetic pounds, but still holding onto that hope. Time will tell.
