Hey there. I've struggled with eating disorders myself, a few different kinds across the years, so I want to add my voice to everyone telling you to find a therapist. TalkSpace and BetterHelp work as telehealth options if local therapists are hard to reach. Therapy can feel intimidating, and the first match won't always click, there's a reason it's called 'work.' But a genuinely good therapist changes everything. Body dysmorphia is brutal, hard to face alone.
Also get a full checkup and be completely honest with whoever's treating you, giving them a real shot at spotting the right next step, dietician, therapist, whatever fits. Eating disorders often hide their symptoms well, so feeling physically fine doesn't rule out symptoms you can't sense yet.
Really appreciate you reaching out here! Most of us aren't in a position to treat you directly, but we can point toward where real help lives. That took real courage. Sending every good wish your way!
