Just throwing this out there... I'm so close I can TASTE IT!
I'm a little frustrated because I'm SO close to getting under 200, but stuck.
I'm on 12.5mg and started this journey almost a year ago. (Starting weight: 256, current weight: 202.6, lowest weight: 201.6)
Breaking that 200 mark is HUGE for me, and for the last month and a half, I've been bouncing between 201.6 and 203. I'm watching my calories and doing extra workouts, hoping to bust through this plateau. I really thought I'd see it this weekend, but the scale went UP a pound! Grrr!
I'll get there. I know I need to chill and be patient. This whole thing has taught me patience, since I'm not one of the fast responders.
