Yeah, I see them as different too. The third compound's really quieted down most of my mental chatter about food. I don't spend much time thinking about getting to a meal, but I'm not exactly hungry either. Earlier in the day I fill up easily, but by evening it gets easy to just keep eating and slide into overdoing it. When circumstances force a stop, like limited lunch break time, I feel satisfied. Later on when I've got the time, there's barely any resistance if any, and I'll keep nibbling at a slower rate until I physically can't (drift off or run out of easy options). The nighttime pull isn't as intense as it used to be, but I'm rarely truly hungry and just keep going anyway. Still, it's helping to some extent!
