Anyone tried AOD-9604?

I'm interested in hearing about experiences with AOD-9604, especially when used alongside a GLP-1 med. I've seen conflicting reports. Some say it's useless, essentially just a waste of money. Others claim it aids in fat loss. Given it's marketed as an anti-obesity compound, I'm curious if it actually delivers and how. Does it increase metabolism? I've read that it prevents fat storage.

I went through a complete kit plus two extra vials of AOD. It didn't do anything beneficial and just cost me money. I wish there was a way to resell unused stuff when people realize it's not for them.

My partner and I experimented with it for several months. In our experience, it performed similarly to its performance in human trials that I looked up, meaning it was totally ineffective. A total waste of funds.

The effects are minimal at best, definitely not worth the expense. It's generally considered to only be effective when used in combination with a GLP-1 agonist. There are far better things to add to a GLP-1 than AOD to enhance results. However, I'm not judging anyone who finds it beneficial. Everyone responds differently.

It literally does nothing. The receptor it targets in rodent studies doesn't function the same way in humans. The lead scientist from five out of six clinical trials for the company that developed it has said it's ineffective.

It was abandoned after a ton of money was invested for a reason.

@IF-warrior, I've seen that too. Some people online mention BPC-157 potentially affecting dopamine and causing mood issues. It's not a super well-researched area in humans, though.

Anyone tried Ipamorelin for weight loss? I'm trying to drop another 20 pounds or so. My diet is pretty clean, lots of lean protein, fruits, and vegetables, plus HIIT workouts.

Any luck with peptides for lupus stuff like tiredness, rashes, joint pain? My rheum has me on hydroxychloroquine but it triggers histamine nightmares since it tanks immune function. Tried ss31 and mots c, got knocked down hard. Also grabbing thymosin alpha 1 plus bpc157 for joints. Thoughts?

Found the FDA risk list for compounded bulk substances. Pairs with that immunology chart someone shared — worth a review if you're using compounded versions.

compounded versions aren't brand-name approved, but the drugs themselves are well studied and proven safe. not the same as untested peptides. real difference.

Is the whole kit from one batch so testing one vial covers the rest? And group tests just split the cost? Been on compounded tirz but FDA crackdowns scare me. Seen the endotoxin and sterility drama and I'm nervous about the switch.
