MY GUESS is that tirz is mainly tackling inflammation, but doing it well. Visibly calmer swelling the way plenty of others report it, face isn't puffy, ankles sit at their normal size, joints bend far more freely, plus I've got noticeably sharper thinking and more get-up-and-go, none of that woozy, flu-like drag and low drive inflammation used to bring on.
WHAT I'M HOPING is that it's doing even more than that. Managing to eat certain foods again, ones that once set off hives, small portions for now, not testing fate, without any reaction has genuinely got me hopeful. Even eased back into structured exercise on purpose, after years spent keeping my pulse strictly under 120 to sidestep triggering a flare.
Running tirz for close to half a year now, starting at 1mg weekly (standard start is 2.5) and slowly climbing to 5mg weekly over the past month. My inflammation keeps improving the higher I go, and as long as side effects stay tolerable I'll keep pushing up. Unfortunately it's tearing my sleep apart, but up to this point it still feels like a fair trade.
