Backsliding on cravings on Tirz?

65 lbs on 9mg and stopping for travel is a controlled experiment on what comes back. The cravings question at 5mg in the OP is the sub-therapeutic experience some people hit when the dose stops covering the underlying appetite pattern. What does calorie intake look like right now versus when the cravings started returning?

Appreciate the kind words! Quitting nicotine brought on sweet cravings that were genuinely unbearable, at least until tirz entered the picture, now that I think about it. Still get the urge occasionally, just don't feel compelled to act on it anymore.
