Big Food Strikes Back at GLP-1s?

Addicts to food might need these forever. Once weight goal hits old habits just creep back because you were starving the whole time on normal diets. Only way I'm quitting is if they make something that fixes the hormones permanently.
 
OCD is brutal. At least when something like that is the root, you can work with it instead of fighting yourself. The direct communication style makes sense then.

Bitter taste, low appetite, headaches first few days are pretty common. The headache's probably no food or caffeine. Even if not hungry, small simple stuff keeps your energy up. Avoid long stretches without eating. Usually settles week or two in.
 
4 weeks into Mounjaro at 2.5mg. Drinking 3+ liters water and eating small protein-heavy meals keeps side effects minimal and blood sugar steady. Ib symptoms mostly gone. Push too hard on fiber and I get some gi stuff—slower digestion, probably.
