Was 226 at 5'9", wanted 185 but then looked at BMI ranges and pushed to get truly normal numbers. Hit 163 and now floating between 161-164. Total drop of 64 pounds.
Congrats! That must feel amazing. Same here on wishing this had been around decades ago. Finally hit what the scale calls normal weight at 50 and part of me grieves for that 20-year-old carrying extra weight back then.
Congrats, that's huge! You must feel so different. Same about wishing this had been around 30 years ago. I'm finally at a normal weight at 50, and I really do grieve a bit for younger me when I had all that weight holding me back.
Goodlabs is decent and available in the PNW. ULTA labs is worth checking in your area. Finding a TRT doc who's got your back and won't charge $300/month is the real win. I was 270 before an ankle break sidelined me, now 340 with e2 climbing. Not ideal.
Going from class II to normal BMI is a real span - most people who started there were told for years it wasn't realistic. The fact that you're there now changes what the next phase looks like entirely.
