Cagri dosing: share your protocol!

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Most people start cagri at 0.3mg and step by 0.3mg every 4 weeks - GI tolerance builds in as the dose climbs.

Most run cagri from 0.3mg up with slow steps - the appetite effects layer on what's already working, which is why small increments matter.

The forum search for Cagri dosing is the best starting point - there are a few well-documented protocol threads from people who've run it alongside tirz. The compiled guide the OP is putting together is exactly what's missing and it'll fill that gap. What's your main use case - appetite augmentation on top of tirz or transitioning off something else?

Cagri arriving next week alongside considering mots-c for energy is the point where the too-many-variables question becomes real. The practical answer is to start the cagri and evaluate it on its own before adding anything else - otherwise you can't know what each one is doing. What's the current tirz or sema dose alongside the incoming cagri?

Gonna be honest, this is probably the toughest question to answer on the whole forum. There's just not enough info here to say anything useful. Even narrowing it to the cagri/cagrisema family doesn't get us very far.

If cagri's the culprit, kick off around 0.25mg, it tends to bring on real nausea and fatigue, so ease up slowly every 4 weeks. Especially true if you're stacking it onto reta or tirzepatide, which is the pairing most folks go with.

That said, please keep asking questions even if they feel basic, just toss in a few more details next time. Asking beats guessing every time, dosing mistakes are honestly the most common serious slip-up out there, and it still catches people who've been doing this a while.

Good luck! Cagri's strong enough that even a small amount packs a real punch, definitely start low and ease in slowly. Kicked off at 0.5mg myself and honestly probably should've gone with 0.25 instead. Six weeks in now and still holding at 0.5mg.

Didn't realize my reta amount was on the lower side at fourteen weeks in. Keep seeing people running triple what I do and honestly prefer keeping total milligrams as low as possible. The appetite peptide seemed like a smart add given how small the doses run compared to reta, and thought I'd nearly nailed the balance, except pushed up too fast out of pure inexperience. The same combo at a smaller amount was perfect, had no clue adding just a touch more would hit like a truck, especially running a whole stack of compounds daily and weekly without a single reaction before now.

Makes sense that dropping back down slightly should get me right back to feeling fine, then I can just wait and see how hunger responds.

Grabbed a moderate vial of the appetite peptide just to have on hand, felt like way more than I'd actually use at typical doses, but it'll sit in the stash until it seems useful for pushing past a plateau or something. Right there with you though, a quarter milligram might genuinely be overkill.

In my experience cagri worked, but like I mentioned I tried a couple smaller doses first before just deciding to jump straight to the reported max of 2.5mg. Wouldn't discourage anyone from giving it a real shot.
