Gonna be honest, this is probably the toughest question to answer on the whole forum. There's just not enough info here to say anything useful. Even narrowing it to the cagri/cagrisema family doesn't get us very far.
If cagri's the culprit, kick off around 0.25mg, it tends to bring on real nausea and fatigue, so ease up slowly every 4 weeks. Especially true if you're stacking it onto reta or tirzepatide, which is the pairing most folks go with.
That said, please keep asking questions even if they feel basic, just toss in a few more details next time. Asking beats guessing every time, dosing mistakes are honestly the most common serious slip-up out there, and it still catches people who've been doing this a while.
