Cagri or Reta for fatigue on Tz?

Okay, so I'm not getting the results I want just pushing up on Tirz. Kinda plateaued. I'm really dragging, energy-wise. For those who've added either Cagrilintide or Retatrutide *with* Tirz, which did you choose, and how did it affect your energy levels? I am SO over being tired. I've tried B12, shots and pills, and nothing seems to help. Anyone have experience with the GLOW protocol for boosting energy?

I've been using Hallandale Bioboost Plus twice a week for about a month, hoping it'd help with the fatigue, but I haven't noticed anything. I'm thinking of stopping. @LillyLover_88, can you tell me more about the GLOW protocol?

I'm also thinking about trying the GLOW protocol soon.

I saw an email for a Renew GHK-Cu package: 1 x GHK-Cu 100mg vial, 2 x BPC-157 5 mg vials, and 2 x TD-500 vials.

How much of each should I inject daily?

And how long would that package last if I did the 5 days on, 2 days off?

I *think* I saw that GHK-Cu is 1 - 1.75 mg a day, but I'm not sure about the others. This is all new to me.

@ProteinQueen_90 I'm not sure about the exact dosages for the GLOW protocol either. I was hoping someone else would chime in who's had experience with it!

I'm on 2mg Retatrutide weekly as I'm finishing a cut and I'm looking at adding some stuff to help. I'm planning on cutting for 2-3 more months and then bulking. Looking for peptides to finish the cut really lean and minimize fat gain after.

I'm looking at SLU-PP-332, AOD-9604, MOTS-c, and CJC-1295 DAC + Ipamorelin.

Planning on keeping BPC-157 too.

Oh, interesting! I hadn't considered stacking CJC-1295 DAC with Ipamorelin. How does that combo work for you?

Wow, @LillyLover_88 and @ProteinQueen_90, that GLOW protocol sounds intense! I'm just trying to wrap my head around Reta right now. Maybe someday I'll be brave enough to try something like that.

I saw someone mention sermorelin for muscle building. I'm wondering if that would help with my energy levels too, or if it's strictly for muscle mass. Anyone have experience with that?

yeah the fatigue on triz is real. way worse than anything i've dealt with before. tried adding magnesium but that barely helped. might need to switch if it doesn't level out soon

Any tricks to handle the tiredness? Could you stack with something like NAD+ or lipoic acid? I've been nervous about Cagri because of fatigue posts, but I need to break through this plateau.

Started 153, goal 149, 5'5 and haven't been this light since 24 years ago before my son. Just a few pounds left and ready to shift focus to strength instead of scale numbers.

I got pretty tired the day after I bumped up my dose. Started taking some supplements that day to help with energy. Besides that though, low dose worked fine, and appetite control was solid.

The cagri addition for Tirz plateau hits amylin receptors rather than GLP-1/GIP, so it adds a distinct satiety mechanism rather than stacking on the same pathway. The fatigue is real but short-arc; most people calibrate through it in the first 2-3 doses.

Lightheadedness during workouts on Reta plus Cagri at those doses is most likely a blood pressure interaction rather than a single-compound side effect. The vasodilatory component of reta combined with a low baseline creates the orthostatic signal - it's not just dizziness. Electrolytes are the right first move, but more important is whether the Reta dose can come down - 3mg is significant. Splitting Cagri to morning and evening may reduce the BP dip timing.

The creatine combination has a decent track record for energy support on GLP-1 protocols without adding another injectable variable.
