Can't get .5 on the 1mg pen?

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Appreciate everyone's help!! Clearly I misread 'this pen is 4 doses of 10mg' as a single 10mg dose, hence all my confusion! Also, for anyone else confused, I'm based in Europe and this click-counting approach is apparently a pretty normal way to stretch the cost over there.

I'm guessing insurance paid for your Ozempic in Germany? Then get your doctor to write a fresh script for the 0.25mg pen and hold onto this one until you need it. If you paid yourself, your doc actually helped you out: look up click tables and click to your desired dose, much cheaper than the smaller pens bought the proper way. Always use a new needle per shot, about 10 euro at a local pharmacy.

Same concern here with the 5mg pen. I do 3.75mg doses from it (45 clicks), five doses per pen, and it works great, so I dont need to go up yet. I spent about 5 months on 2.5mg before stepping up.

Did the exact same thing myself! Ozempic got me started off well and mounjaro ended up being the one that actually got me to my goals. Honestly the whole clicks thing confused me at first, but a dosage reference chart cleared it right up. My pens lasted anywhere from four to five months depending on dose, and I climbed the strength gradually, starting low and landing around ten milligrams eventually. I'm in Alberta and paid somewhere close to four hundred bucks for the fifteen milligram pen. Basically you find your pen strength on the chart, line it up with how many clicks you're doing, and that tells you your actual dose. Hope that clears things up a little, good luck!

with the 1mg pen, count the clicks yourself to confirm. the full dose should land near 74 clicks total. once there, spin it back to zero so it's set for next time. by that math, 37 clicks gives half a milligram and 55 clicks gives three quarters.
