Cartalax: Anyone tried it?

My dad has really bad OA. I was hoping this peptide might help. Has anyone here had good results with Cartalax for arthritis? I'm hearing mixed things, with most people recommending BPC-157 or KLOW instead. Any advice?

I'm also curious about Cartalax! I haven't tried it. I thought my hair and skin looked amazing when I tried KLOW, but it didn't really do much for my pain levels. I have some achy joints from old sports injuries so I'm always looking for new solutions!

I have some Cartalax capsules arriving any day now. I don't have arthritis, but I am trying to avoid a hip issue. I'll post here if I notice any improvements.

Is anyone actively using this? Just found out about it. I have a full thickness tear in my knee and am considering it. My first batch of KLOW is on the way.

If we're talking about knee problems, there are many options besides going straight to surgery. Injections like cortisone, physical therapy, bracing, and OTC meds like NSAIDs can help. There's also nerve treatments... and even newer implants.

I'm personally of the opinion that untested peptides shouldn't be given to family. The risk/benefit seems off, as the benefit might be zero. Some people have even ended up in the ER after peptide injections, so an EpiPen is a good idea. If your father really wants to try it, he ought to be giving himself the shots.

I just finished my first bottle of Cartalax, 1mg a day. My joints seem to be moving a bit easier. I have two more bottles to go. There's no real established dosing protocol, but from what I've read, 1mg a day for 3 weeks, then a week off, then 2mg a day for 3 weeks is what some people do. Who knows?

Check out PPS / Pentosan Polysulfate Sodium! I'm a huge fan. Look it up, it's an old FDA-approved medication for bladder issues. It's pretty safe, though it can thin your blood since it's related to Heparin. It's been amazing for my arthritis in my hips, ankles, back, etc.

They've used it for horses for ages, and more recently dogs too. It's in phase III clinical trials right now in the US and Australia. Even Rugby players use it. I get it through a compounding pharmacy and it costs me around $1000 a year. I can't take Aleve or Celebrex. It helps prevent cartilage breakdown and reduces inflammation. Some people even buy the stuff from equine supply stores! I keep mine refrigerated and do a shot every week. I had to stop it a few weeks ago for a surgery, and my arthritis pain came back like crazy. I'm glad I'm back on it. If you can afford it, look into it. I hope I own stock in the company when it comes to market! lol

I've used it. I did a cycle last October (2mg x 20 days) and another in January (1mg x 20 days). I have a knee problem from 10 years ago. The surgery only partially fixed it.

Cartalax seems to be helping. My knee feels a lot better. I plan to do another cycle in April.

There aren't any real clinical trials or human studies on this Cartalax peptide (AED/T-31). All the research comes from preclinical studies, mostly in cell cultures and animal models, mainly from Russian researchers.

These studies are linked to BioLongevity Labs... the people who sell it.

I did see other studies, but they're about using it for healthier kidneys! Maybe we should call it 'kidnalax' instead. Lol.

I wouldn't inject this into my mother.

I found that KLOW seemed to help an old arm injury and some hip discomfort, but it's didn't seem to help my arthritis pain as much as I'd hoped. Maybe if you got the Wolverine stack and KPV separately, you can tweak the dose. I have a friend with arthritis in their ankle that noticed a difference with KLOW, but I don't think it's worth the cost just for arthritis relief. I have Cartalax kits in the freezer, but I haven't started them yet.

I've been taking KPV at 500mg every day for over a month. My elbows and one knee feel much better, I barely even notice them. I'm going to do a 60 day cycle. I also have a knee replacement, and even that's moving better.

The Wolverine stack is supposedly for local injuries, while KPV is systemic. I'll always keep some KPV around now. I researched Cartalax, but it seems too untested for me. I also have KLOW, but I'm using it for skin conditioning and seeing KPV as a bonus for anti-inflammation.

I've learned about MF-300 and SW033291 because of this. SW033291 is hard to get ahold of. MF-300 is a 15-PGDH inhibitor that completed a Phase I trial and is getting ready for Phase II. Those might be a safer bet.

I ended up trying the lower dose everyone was using. I didn't see enough of a change for the price.

I had a torn meniscus but went the non-surgical route. I pinned Cartalax along with red light and laser therapy every day. I also did a couple rounds of high-dose BPC-157/TB-500 and ARA-290. I also did an 8 week Tesamorelin cycle. Today, my knee is 95% better than before. I ran 12 miles last week with no major issues except back pain. I'm not sure what helped the most, but something worked! Maybe it would have healed anyway, who knows??

I'm looking into combos now... has anyone used Ipamorelin and CJC from a reliable source? What were your results?
