Clothing sizes...shrunk!

It's wild how much my clothing sizes have changed! I went from a size 16 to an 8 in pants, and XL to a medium in shirts. Some days I don't really *see* the difference, but then I try on something from before and it's HUGE. I'm down about 65 pounds since starting semaglutide last winter. Only 15 more to go!

I've pretty much cut out fast food, and if I have dessert it's very small. I used to have such a sugar craving. I also eat way less, drink a ton more water, and get more protein. Used to drink every day, now it's rare, and I'm getting more exercise in.

I was shocked when I fit back into my pre-baby jeans, a size 8. I started out as a size 14. It's just a number, but still! Congrats! I'm happy for you.

Me too! I've gone from a size 12/14 to a comfy size 6. I've dropped from a 2x top to a large. I'm so excited. I'm almost at my goal of 140. I'm 60, 5'1". Go us!

I'm just now getting to the point where my smaller underwear fits better, and I'm SO HAPPY! Congrats on the healthy changes!

I have to admit, one of the best things about losing weight has been the clothes. It's actually fun to shop now, instead of a chore. I had to make room in my closet because I'm buying so much!

Yes! It's a joy to try on clothes now. Especially at thrift stores!
