Coming off MJ...any success stories?

Disgusting pricing makes them impossible for regular folks. Want section for maintenance stories but nowhere near that phase yet.
 
i'm one of those reddit people who got scared — that's why i'm here reading every day. senior on fixed income so the brand-name prices scare me. i have compounded stocked and comfortable with that.
 
Talk to your doctor first. 2.5 → 5 → 7.5 and you lost 3% but think it's slow? How did you even decide this was for you? What are you actually expecting? I'm asking seriously — you need that convo before starting any of this.
 
happened to me too. my theory is these drugs just stop working as our receptors become non-responsive over time. started back in march 2022 and by november 2024 i had zero appetite suppression left. cranked tirzepatide to 15mg for a year, gave up in march, and i'm almost two months out. hoping a break resets everything.
 
was cranking up the dose, thought i could go higher, but around 15-17mg the weight loss kinda plateaued and i felt stuck. what dose are you at now for maintenance?
