Stalls happen, what percentage of your starting weight have you shed so far? Mounjaro's clinical data showed the average ceiling sits around minus 25% of original body weight. Could be you've hit that ceiling and your body's fully adapted to the drug.
My two cents after reading your post, might be worth chatting with a dietitian about what's happening, and lining up some emotional support too, this stuff is exhausting and you're clearly carrying a lot of expectation and stress about it. After that, consider raising the dose if that's an option and watch for any shift.
