Constant Tiredness on GLP-1's?

I've heard similar things about Sermorelin affecting sleep. Some people get carpal tunnel-like pain that wakes them up. Others just can't stay asleep. It's a bit of a gamble, it seems.
 
If you're really obese and cut calories super hard, that much loss is normal. But you're not actually learning how to be healthy or fueling your body right. Learn to eat like a regular healthy person—good protein, real carbs not junk, good fats. Work with a dietitian if you don't know how. Meds are serious and you'll need to maintain eventually.
 
hydrate and aim for 30–50g fiber daily. my breakfast is either a carb-balance burrito (28g fiber) or high-fiber cereal with an oikos shake. add legumes or beans to lunch and dinner. lots of fluids overall.
