Down 120lbs! Halfway there!

Congratulations on getting so close to your goal! I've lost about 90 lbs myself since starting. It feels amazing. It sounds like you're doing a great job already, but remember vegetables, nuts, and pulses can really help with nutrition!
 
Hey Pure_Guy421 and HawkGal, I'm happy to share my routine! It's mostly controlled eating, but I also try to walk for at least 30 minutes most days. Nothing too intense, but I'm hoping to add more as I get closer to my goal.
 
That is such an awesome achievement. Good for you! I've found that a good hair care routine can also help manage side effects. I use a mix of aloe vera, castor oil, and rosemary oil once a week.
