Down 125lbs... finally!

I really love seeing before and after pics. My favorite part is always the face, you can really see the change and how much happier people are. I lost around 60lbs when I was 22-24 because of T2D. I hardly recognize myself. I held so much weight in my face, it was like a huge block of cheese.

What did you do differently after starting it?
I found that focusing on protein really helped. I aim for at least 100g a day. It makes a huge difference in preserving muscle while losing weight on these meds.

Wow, what an inspiring journey! Congrats on reaching your goals. For those just starting, remember that consistency and patience are key. Don't get discouraged by the initial plateaus – they're normal. Keep focusing on healthy eating habits and regular exercise, even if it's just walking. The meds are tools, but lifestyle changes are essential for long-term success.

It's amazing to see the success stories here! I'm just starting my journey with sema, and I'm at 227lbs. Seeing your progress gives me so much hope that I can reach my goal too!
