After 14 months I've lost 125lbs. Finally worked up the courage to share a before and after. What a journey.
I found that focusing on protein really helped. I aim for at least 100g a day. It makes a huge difference in preserving muscle while losing weight on these meds.Nerdy_Life said:What did you do differently after starting it?
