Down 20lbs already!

Just hit the 6-week mark. I'm doing about 1500 cals daily, working out most days with a mix of cardio and weights focusing on treadmill and bike. I started at 278lbs and now I'm down to 258lbs. Still got a ways to go but feeling great!
 
Wow, that's awesome! It's crazy how this stuff can affect people so differently. Congrats on the killer start!

It seems like that's a pretty common side effect. Maybe try adjusting your workout intensity or taking more breaks? I've also found that making sure I'm getting enough electrolytes helps.
 
I've been trying to incorporate more exercise since starting. I used to be pretty inconsistent, but now I'm finding that exercise makes the medication work even better. Anyone else get that?

Yeah, I feel that! I'm getting back into my old routine. Feels good, man.
