First month and I've dropped about 20 pounds. So stoked. Tried everything before meds and nothing really worked. It's just nice to feel better overall. My weight has been a big factor in my feeling down, and I'm finally starting to feel hopeful.

That's awesome! I'm only on week 2, feeling good so far. I was in the same boat with my weight affecting my mood. Keep killing it! \m/

20 lbs is significant progress. That's usually when your clothes start to feel looser and others start noticing. I'm using sema and around that 20-pound mark, I also realized it was actually working.

Congrats... but make sure you're getting enough nutrients and prioritize protein. That 20 pounds likely includes water, fat, and muscle. If you really lost that much, your calorie deficit might be too extreme. Tracking your calories could be beneficial.

Answering a few questions - I try to get 70-80g of protein a day and I am walking for 30min 3x a week. Nothing crazy!

20 in a month is a great pace for the early phase. Mine slowed to 1-2/week after the first big drop but it stuck way better than the crash diets I tried before. Whatever you're doing, keep at it.

4 months and 2 lbs is in the non-responder range at the current dose and makes the 20 lbs first month OP seem like a different drug. If the appetite isn't changing at all, the dose probably needs to go up before drawing conclusions. Has there been any change in how food feels or hunger levels even if the scale isn't moving?

This is exactly what I needed to hear. Already down two percent of my body weight in three weeks, so I'd say sticking with my current approach is the right call.

Yeah, wrapping up week 2, heading into week 3, and hunger's staying genuinely suppressed. Basically eating purely to hit macros at this point, already down 8 pounds and thrilled about it.

Feeling genuinely lighter these days. Started working out five days weekly, thirty minutes each session. Nothing intense, but hitting a full thirty minutes on the elliptical now, and that's a massive deal personally.
