Hey everyone! So, I was diagnosed with insulin resistance last year and started on metformin. Then my doc switched me to Saxenda, and I was on 1.8mg for about 9 months, but she didn't feel I was progressing enough. Even though I'd already dropped around 13 pounds, she put me on Wegovy. I was 192 lbs in June, and now I'm at 170 lbs! That's a 22 lb loss in only 3 months. I see her again at the end of Sept, so fingers crossed! I did have some side effects at first, like feeling full really quickly and some nausea. The first week, my stomach was a mess and I threw up. It happened one day a week for the next couple weeks, but that's been it. I started at 1.0mg. For Saxenda, I started at 208 lbs and am now 170 lbs. Almost a 40 lb difference! 💖

I've lost about 7 stone, which is like 100 pounds! Still have about 35 pounds to go, but I'm getting there. My starting weight was 300 pounds and now I'm down to 200! I'm 5'8". Making healthier habits has helped me tremendously.
That's amazing! Congrats on the progress! It's so encouraging to see others succeeding.

been off almost two years. some days food noise is loud but trained myself better habits now. stomach smaller, fill up faster. eat slower helps. kept weight off even lost a few past my 135 goal, at 125 now. started almost 200.
