I swear, if I didn't keep a photo log, I wouldn't even think I've made it this far. Some days it's hard to see it, so I'm really appreciating the monthly check-ins with myself.
I started on the injections last October, and I was tipping the scales at 190. Before this, I was totally lacking motivation, dealing with pain every single day from my RA, and just didn't have the energy to do much. Slowly I started walking, then added some weight training sessions in November. In Jan, I started yoga! I'm tracking my calories and making sure I get enough protein and fiber. I learned it all from you guys, so thanks! I was just reading posts for months before I had the guts to try and change my life. And for the first time in like 10 years, I feel like myself again and I can finally cross my legs!
So here's my halfway point check in! My waist was a whopping 40 inches in October. Today it's 33. Just as a reference point, I'm super short at 4'10.
