Down 47 lbs! It's working!

Hong Kong Yanpep International
been on 2.5 for a while, doc wanted to try 5 because appetite was creeping back. started the 5 and immediately heart palpitations, shortness of breath, heart rate through the roof. ER after 3 weeks—140 bpm, couldn't breathe. they found tachycardia but labs were clean. dropped back to 2.5 and it all stopped. way scarier than i expected.

Just finished 12 weeks of CJC1295 with that other compound, 125mcg both morning and night. Pausing for a couple months. Trying 5-amino-1MQ at 5mg subq right now, only on day 2 but tolerating it pretty well so far.

214 to 167 since September is a solid arc - 47 lbs in under a year with plateaus acknowledged is real work. The tirz plus Reta combination is getting more traction from people looking to push past a plateau at higher doses - the mechanisms are complementary in the GIP and GLP-1 receptor overlap territory.

The dose and workout question is one every success story gets asked, and the honest answer is that the combination matters more than any specific number. Consistent resistance work 3-4 times a week and enough protein to protect muscle is the framework that holds up - whatever dose you're on is less important than doing both those things alongside it.

60 pounds at .25mg for 8 months before increasing is a genuinely remarkable result at that dose level. There is really no rush to push the dose if things are moving - you'll have more headroom when it actually plateaus. 47 down and still aiming for 145 is a great position to be in.

The 6-8mg range as the sweet spot that comes up in most discussions matches what you're seeing at 8mg. 5 months at that dose is a long enough run to get a real rate reading. Has the loss been pretty consistent across those months or are there visible slow stretches?

5mg and same calorie intake without movement is the plateau picture worth understanding. The calories-in side staying identical when others are losing suggests either the dose needs to go up or intake is higher than it feels. What does the appetite side feel like at 5mg currently?
