Down 47 lbs! It's working!

Hong Kong Yanpep International
been on 2.5 for a while, doc wanted to try 5 because appetite was creeping back. started the 5 and immediately heart palpitations, shortness of breath, heart rate through the roof. ER after 3 weeks—140 bpm, couldn't breathe. they found tachycardia but labs were clean. dropped back to 2.5 and it all stopped. way scarier than i expected.

Just finished 12 weeks of CJC1295 with that other compound, 125mcg both morning and night. Pausing for a couple months. Trying 5-amino-1MQ at 5mg subq right now, only on day 2 but tolerating it pretty well so far.

214 to 167 since September is a solid arc - 47 lbs in under a year with plateaus acknowledged is real work. The tirz plus Reta combination is getting more traction from people looking to push past a plateau at higher doses - the mechanisms are complementary in the GIP and GLP-1 receptor overlap territory.

The dose and workout question is one every success story gets asked, and the honest answer is that the combination matters more than any specific number. Consistent resistance work 3-4 times a week and enough protein to protect muscle is the framework that holds up - whatever dose you're on is less important than doing both those things alongside it.

60 pounds at .25mg for 8 months before increasing is a genuinely remarkable result at that dose level. There is really no rush to push the dose if things are moving - you'll have more headroom when it actually plateaus. 47 down and still aiming for 145 is a great position to be in.

The 6-8mg range as the sweet spot that comes up in most discussions matches what you're seeing at 8mg. 5 months at that dose is a long enough run to get a real rate reading. Has the loss been pretty consistent across those months or are there visible slow stretches?

5mg and same calorie intake without movement is the plateau picture worth understanding. The calories-in side staying identical when others are losing suggests either the dose needs to go up or intake is higher than it feels. What does the appetite side feel like at 5mg currently?

On this for the long haul at this point. A good while in now, down a solid 60 lbs and starting to experiment with maintenance-level amounts. Spouse and I were both on a strong amount, still is, and tomorrow marks shot number five at that level for her. Tempted to bump her up further. Zero side effects on her end. Bouncing between two amounts on a monthly cycle personally. Scale's been fluctuating a couple pounds either way. Tomorrow's weigh-in, so we'll see what direction to take next.

Cutting out alcohol made everything else just fall away! Best call I've ever made. Also stuck to climbing the dose as gradually as possible. Been running this since November and only just reached 6.25mg. Began around 225 and I'm currently at 193, starting to see real muscle definition come through

Similar numbers here, 27 year old woman, though I began at 117. Currently the third 5mg shot, after six weeks at 2.5. Weeks 1-8 zigzagged, yet zoomed out the trend points down, so dont worry. Make sure youre exercising, getting protein and in a calorie deficit. Everything else is just science, itll come.

I felt stalled too, so I changed how I ate: beans and pickles for probiotics and fiber, more protein, fewer carbs. Then a trip came up and my shot stayed at home. Eating more than normal was balanced by being far more active, and I came back up 7 pounds (mostly water, I knew). Ten days later I was 10 pounds lower than that, an all-time low, and onederland arrived at last, at 198. 15 mg began in late May, from 205. Weird that 12 weeks brought only 7 pounds, but it isn't terrible. I should hit the gym more, if I'm honest.

My titration was the standard one (a month, a month, then 1mg) and I have stayed at 1 mg. My loss slowed as I neared my target weight. In total 32 pounds are gone, from 168. Right now I lose roughly half a pound weekly with daily workouts and a 1200-1500 cal diet.
